Fake websites of the Lidl online store
Fraudsters launched a major campaign in…phishing personal data and payment card information. This time, the target is people who trust the Lidl brand, and the massive attacks are accompanied by numerous advertising campaigns in social media.
Criminals impersonate the official profile of the Lidl store, presenting alleged great Black Friday promotions. Customers tempted by discounts of up to 80% fall into the trap, exposing themselves to the disclosure of protected personal data or having their bank account wiped out.

Beware of offers that are too good online, they may be a scam
The better the offer online, the more we should activate our limited trust. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority recommends that you watch out for suspiciously low prices, no cash on delivery option, no company details, errors in the internet address, as well as no or only positive reviews.
If you fall victim to fraud, inform your bank and the police. If you know the address of a fake website, report it to CERT Polska (incydent.cert.pl).
