A new series about a mysterious agent has conquered Netflix. It’s now number 1
Netflix has prepared quite an offer for fans of spy series and political conspiracies. A new proposition for fans of this type of series has barely appeared on the platform, and it has already jumped to the first place in the platform’s top 10.

It must be admitted that recently Netflix has been exceptionally spoiling fans of spy series and thrillers. The first one to hit the platform was “Diplomat” with the new season, then a conspiracy thriller “Madness”. Now it’s the turn of “Black Doves” with world star Keira Knightley in the main role. It is a six-episode production that was released on the platform on December 5 and is currently number 1 in Netflix’s top 10. It dethroned the series “Madness”.
What is the series “Black Doves” about?
It must be admitted that the action of the series is very timely, as it takes place during the holidays in London. It focuses on the fate of the heroine Helen Webb, who seems to be a fulfilled mother and wife, but at the same time works as an agent. For a decade, she has been leaking her husband’s political secrets to the mysterious organization Black Doves. Matters become complicated when her lover is murdered. The woman vows revenge, and the action of the entire series gains a dizzying pace.
The series “Black Doves” boasts not only favorable opinions from viewers, but also from critics. It has received 100 percent positive reviews on RottenTomatoes.
The cast includes Keira Knightley, Ben Whishaw and Sarah Lancashire.
