Sharkoon presented a new case addressed to fans of small, but efficient and cool computers. There is a version with and without ARGB LED to choose from.
Just 10 or 15 years ago, assembling a small and efficient computer set was not an easy task. The selection of ITX components on the market was small, and it was often necessary to use the proposals of small, specialized manufacturers. Fortunately, this has changed, and even large companies offer SFF parts.
Sharkoon Rebel C20 offers landscape and portrait orientation
Today we will focus on computer cases because Sharkoon showed off his new model. We're talking about construction Mini Tower, all panels of which are mesh. It is to ensure this perfect air circulation and low temperatures, even in the case of top components.
Sharkoon Rebel C20 is a housing with dimensions of 471 x 208 x 301 mm and a weight of 6.2 kg. We can fit motherboards in this format inside Mini ITXgraphics cards up to 365 millimeters long, CPU coolers up to 175 millimeters high and SFX-L power supplies. There is one 3.5″ and five 2.5″ slots for media.
In terms of ventilation, up to nine fans will fit in here – two 140- or three 120-mm fans on the side, the same set at the top, two smaller fans at the bottom and one at the back. Fans of liquid cooling systems can fit radiators up to 360 millimeters long here and thickness up to 70 millimeters.
The I/O panel is located at the front, at the bottom edge. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C, an audio connector and a Power and Reset button.
The described housing is already available for sale in two versions – with and without backlight. In the first case, we get a “bare” structure, in the second case, the set includes three 120 mm ARGB LED fans. The suggested price was set at 140 and 150 euros, so approximately PLN 609 and PLN 655.
