The cheap MacBook is coming. It’s supposed to be a huge hit

Tomorrow (March 2), Apple will probably present new MacBook series laptops to the world. However, these will not be models with efficient M5 systems and OLED screens, about which rumors have been circulating for months. This time, the company from Cupertino wants to introduce cheap laptops for sale. For devices with a bitten apple in the logo, they will be really cheap.

We know quite a lot about the new MacBooks. The laptops are to be equipped with Apple A18 Pro systemswhich is the same one found in iPhone 16 Pro. They will not be as efficient as other core computers, but they should be sufficient for comfortable office work and standard home use.

They will probably offer this 8 GB RAM and 256 or 512 GB of built-in memory. As for the price, it is said to be $599. According to the current exchange rate, it is approximately PLN 2,150, but remember that in the USA the prices are tax-free. So you have to add another 23% to that, huh? in Poland this should translate into a price of approximately PLN 2,699.

Internally, the low-end MacBook is described as an “amazing bargain,” and Apple believes its launch will cause quite a few people to switch from Windows PCs and Chromebooks. It might even encourage iPhone users who don’t have computers to buy their first Mac.

Apple also expects great interest right after the premiere. Therefore, the company informed employees in stationary stores that they would probably have to stay after hours. A similar situation occurs at the premiere of the next generation of iPhones.
