A break of this type means one thing – the bank wants to develop its systems and provide even better quality of services. Customers should therefore prepare for inconvenience today and plan all important financial transactions for another time. The unavailability will start today, on Friday, February 20, 2026.

Break at Santander Bank Polska February 20 – 22, 2026. What services will be unavailable?
During the work carried out, customers will not benefit from:
- Mobile application and online banking. They will be unavailable from 11 p.m. (Friday) until midnight (Saturday).
- From 11 p.m. (Friday) to 7 a.m. (Saturday) Regular or immediate transfers will not work.
- Likewise, they will Payments in online stores are also unavailable.
- We will not use BLIK either.
- Kantor Santander will no longer operate from 10 p.m. (Friday) to 7 a.m. on Saturday.
- Withdrawals and deposits at ATMs with the Santander logo will be impossible on Sunday from 00:00 to 5:00.
What will work without major disruptions?
Cards. The bank’s customers will be able to pay by card both in stores and online. You will also be able to use the card in ATMs and cash deposit machines other than those with the Santander logo. In the application, you will still be able to check your account balance and history before the break, as well as gain access to purchased tickets.
