Canal+ apparently liked the film adaptations of the novels of this popular author, because recently the series “Interview with the Vampire” had its premiere in a completely new version. As you can see, the platform is just getting started when it comes to this topic. This time, we are dealing with a real genre combo – the production combines elements of thriller, horror and social drama. But above all, it talks about the power of heritage and the price you have to pay for discovering your own identity. The main character was played by Alexandra Daddario, who, according to many viewers, is hypnotizing enough to effectively keep you glued to the TV screen.

“The Witches of Mayfair” what is the series about?

Rowan Fielding (played by Alexandra Daddario) is a young, talented neurosurgeon who unexpectedly discovers that she is the heiress to a dynasty of powerful witches that is haunted by a sinister spirit. Gradually, he learns about his family’s history, which is full of dark secrets. Over time, the heroine realizes that what at first could be considered a great gift is at the same time a huge burden and, as it were, a curse.
