2XKO, a League of Legends fighting game
Riot Games revealed that online testing of the game will begin this year. Everyone can sign up for them at this address. The full premiere is scheduled for 2025. The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, so it will be available on all the most popular platforms. Although it has not been officially confirmed, 2XKO will probably be a free-to-play production with available micropayments.
Where does the name 2XKO come from? It comes from the fact that we will be fighting 2v2 duels. Even when playing solo, we will choose two characters, between which we can switch at any time, creating interesting combinations of blows. KO, of course, is an abbreviation for knockout. Hence the name 2XKO. The playable characters will definitely include: Darius, Ahri, Yasuo, Illaoi and Ekko, but of course this is not a complete list.
Many fighting game specialists are working on the game, so 2XKO promises to be a strong competitor to Tekken, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter.
